Problem: The Road was functionally obsolete, narrow, and unstable to sustain road materials. The creek would rise on to the embankment of the road, which caused flooding.

Solution: The embankment was protected and the road was elevated to prevent flooding. Protecting the embankment and elevating the road provided a wider, safer road for emergency vehicles, school busses, and constituents.
